Yes. MINK BLVD operates strictly by appointment. Please secure your preferred service, date and time before visiting the studio.

A deposit is required for applicable services before your appointment is considered secured.

Appointment deposits and service payments are non-refundable. Please be certain of your schedule before completing your booking.

Yes, but we require a minimum of 12 hours notice before your scheduled appointment for cancellations or rescheduling.

Requests received with less than the required notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

A no-show automatically results in forfeiture of your appointment deposit.

A new booking and deposit will be required if you would like to schedule another appointment.

MINK BLVD is a private studio and we recommend attending your appointment alone so we can maintain a calm and focused treatment environment.

If you need to bring someone with you, please request approval before your appointment.

Please arrive with clean lashes and avoid mascara, strip-lash adhesive and heavy eye makeup before your appointment.

Clean lashes allow us to begin your service promptly and create the best possible application.

Your ideal set depends on your natural lashes, eye shape and the finish you would like to achieve.

Our lash menu ranges from softer sets such as Classic and Light Hybrid to fuller, more customised styles including Volume and the MINK Custom Set.

Lash extensions naturally shed alongside your natural lash cycle, so retention varies between clients.

Your natural lash growth, skincare, lifestyle and aftercare can all affect how your set wears between appointments.

Yes. Lash infills are available for clients who still have enough healthy extensions remaining for an infill service.

The final service required will depend on your remaining lashes and their condition at the time of your appointment.

Microblading creates natural-looking hair strokes. Ombré Brows create a soft powdered effect with a diffused front and more defined tail.

Microshading creates a fuller softly shaded finish, while Combination Brows combine hair strokes and shading for both texture and definition.

Please avoid coffee, energy drinks and other caffeinated beverages for approximately 10–12 hours before your brow procedure.

You should also let us know before your appointment about relevant health conditions, medication, allergies, skin concerns, previous permanent makeup or recent treatments involving the brow area.

Yes. A consent form is completed before every semi-permanent brow procedure.

This allows us to review relevant information about your health and skin, explain the procedure and aftercare, identify anything that may affect suitability or healing and document your informed consent before proceeding.

Please disclose anything that may be relevant before a semi-permanent brow procedure, including keloid-prone skin or abnormal scarring, diabetes, allergies, bleeding or clotting conditions, medication, skin conditions around the treatment area, pregnancy or breastfeeding, or recent cosmetic or skin treatments.

Disclosure does not automatically mean you cannot receive the service. It helps us determine whether the procedure is appropriate, should be postponed or may require additional clearance before proceeding.

Not automatically. Existing semi-permanent or permanent brow work performed elsewhere must be assessed before we can determine whether another procedure can be performed.

Please let us know about previous work before booking.

Healing and pigment retention vary between clients, so the need for a touch-up depends on how your brows heal and retain pigment.

Brow touch-up appointments are available to eligible returning MINK BLVD clients.

Brow lamination can last approximately 4–6 weeks, depending on your natural hair growth cycle and aftercare.

Proper aftercare is important for maintaining the appearance of your brows throughout this period.

Reusable tools and work surfaces are appropriately cleaned and sanitised between clients according to the service being performed.

Single-use items are not reused between clients. Fresh cartridges, mascara wands and other applicable disposable supplies are prepared for each client.

Yes. MINK BLVD offers professional beauty education for aspiring and existing artists looking to develop or refine their skills.

Yes. Studio pickup is available for MINK GLAZE orders.

Please allow at least 6 hours after placing your order before collection. Pickup is available daily between 12PM and 3PM.
